MANILA - Typhoon Paeng (international name Trami) has slightly weakened as it continues to slowly move north, state weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday night.
In its 11 p.m. advisory, PAGASA said Paeng was last spotted 725 kilometers of Basco, Batanes, packing maximum sustained winds of 190 km per hour and gusts of up to 235 kph.
